We will be holding our annual club AGM on Thursday 21st November 2019, members and non-members are invited.

This will be held in the George and Dragon pub in Shutford, and will start promptly at 7.30pm.


There will be a formal meeting to start, with our yearly round up of the club events, a treasurers report and electing committee members.


Bar snacks will be available at the end of the meeting ,provided by the club.

In order to ensure we cater for the correct number of members, please can you email Sue Gibb to let her know if you are attending.

We will be holding  our annual Christmas Dinner at the Horse and Groom, Milcombe . Friday 6th December 2019. At 8pm.


This is open to members and partners.
